Terry Field
Located adjacent to the Winthrop Coliseum, the softball complex is home to the Eagle softball program. The tower and the home field were named in honor of Vernon and Anny Terry in 2001. Their support paved the way for improvements to the softball including Terry Tower, which hosts coaches offices and press box. The field was also renamed Terry Field in their honor. An enclosed hitting facility and locker rooms were added in 2003. In March of 2018, the hitting facility was was renamed the Janiva Willis Hitting Facility at Terry Field in memory of the former Winthrop standout. Willis is a member of the Winthrop and Big South Conference Hall of Fame.
