The Legion Collegiate Academy girls basketball team fell at home on Thursday afternoon to Rabun Gap School 51-31 and saw its season record drop to 7-12.

The Lancers dug themselves in a deep hole in the first half as they went scoreless in the second quarter and trailed 28-5 at halftime.

Legion's scoring picked up in the second half as it outscored the visitors 26-23 behind 14 points from sophomore guard Jaylen McMurray.  McMurray finished with 16 points to lead all scorers in the game.
