Sophomore Jaxson Smithers scored the game-winning goal in overtime to give the Legion Collegiate Academy Boy's Lacrosse team a 12-11 victory over Dorman High School on Monday.

Smithers was one of seven Lancers that scored a goal in the game.  Junior Trent Farley led Legion with four goals while playing key minutes on the defensive side of the ball and taking face offs.  Sophomore Aiden Hawkins had three goals. Dylan Sullivan scored a goal and added two assists while Connor McCauley, Jackson Thalinger and Jonas Plummer each scored a goal.

Sophomore goalkeeper Caden Yeakley played the entire game and led the defense in the clearing game while freshman defenders Cole Caldwell and Carson Ryan along with junior Jackson Howard anchored the defense.
