The Legion Collegiate Academy volleyball seniors closed out their final home appearance in dominating fashion on Tuesday night, winning in straight sets to improve to 7-2 on the year.
Making their final home appearances were
Ian Burke,
Jack Arnold,
Nate De Sa,
Landon Totherow, and
Caleb Brewer. They were instrumental in the 3-0 (25-11, 25-7, 25-10) victory. They will close out their high school careers next Wednesday when they travel to Covenant Day School for the final match.
Burke led the offensive attack with 11 kills and two assists. He also made six digs on defense. De Sa directed the offense from his setter position where he made 33 assists, and contributed four aces, two kills and two digs. Totherow had 11 digs, two assists, and a kill.
The Legion JV lost 1-2 (25-22, 25-27, 14-16) to drop to 2-4.
