The Legion Collegiate Academy girls' soccer team claimed a 2-1 victory over Atlantic Collegiate on Wednesday in Myrtle Beach.

The Lancers were able to overcome a scrappy ACA team on a poor field to improve to 12-6-2 on the season.

Carolyn Tessadri scored one goal with and assist from Rhyia Mitchell and Maria Kalnytskyy had a goal with the assist from Makayla Colberg. It was a different outcome than the first meeting two weeks ago in Rock Hill when the Lancers defeated their rival, 8-0.

Next up for the Lancers is a game on Friday at Carmel Christian Academy.
