Legion Collegiate Academy boys' soccer coach Jim Finnerty called it a "crazy way" to finish the season as the Lancers came from behind to defeat Combine Academy in Lincolnton, NC, by the score of 5-4.

With the victory, the Lancers finished the year undefeated with a 12-0-1 record.

The Lancers were trailing 4-3 going into the final six minutes of the game, but they got two late goals to capture the win and keep their undefeated record intact.

"The boys showed a resiliency and determination to keep fighting together til the end," said Finnerty. Five different players scored goals. They were Nate Mosiman, Kyler Swertfager, Tristen Blake, Bryan Jeudy, and Liam Gummer.
